Salt Lake City, Utah- It was another great weekend for SLCC Softball (21-7) as the Bruins moved up in the rankings to No. 13 in the NJCAA Division I poll. Additionally, LHP Brecka Larson was named the SWAC Pitcher of the Week once again. 

Larson threw a complete game shutout as Salt Lake defeated North Idaho College 5-0 in her lone start of the weekend. Brecka allowed one hit and one walk. She was virtually untouchable as she tied her career-high with 11 strikeouts. 

Larson is (8-1) in 12 appearances and has a 1.75 ERA.
