Salt Lake Community College Academic Awards & Honors
Since 1985, Salt Lake Community College has been an NJCAA power in many sports. The department sponsors seven intercollegiate sports competing in the Scenic West Athletic Conference, after adding men's-and-women's-soccer in the Fall 2016 season. In all, SLCC has had over 160 NJCAA All Americans, 746 Academic All Region athletes and 257 Academic All Americans. However, in spite of the program's well-regarded competitive success, the SLCC Athletic Department has always prided itself first-and-foremost on the academic prowess of its student-athletes.
