If we receive notification within 8-14 days in advance, then 50% of your camp fee will be refunded.  However, if something happens where an individual cannot attend the camp within the week (0–7 days) prior to the camp, then a refund will not be offered.  If an individual cannot attend due to a medical reason, please provided a doctors notice and a full refund will be awarded.
