St. George, UT – The SLCC softball team defeated Western Nevada 10-0 and 10-2 in two five inning games.  With the wins Salt Lake is now 14-4 overall and 6-0 in conference play. 

 

Sophomore Madi White was 2 for 2 with two doubles and Kylee Bufton was 3 for 3 with a double, home run and four RBI's.  Ariel Zimmerman picked up her 6th win of the season allowing one hit with six strikeouts. 

 

Kylee Brinkerhoff led off the second game with a solo home run to start a five run 1st inning for Salt Lake.  Savannah Webster knocked a solo home run to go 2 for 2 in the game.   Becky Simonson was 2 for 4 with an RBI.  Kylee Colvin got the win allowing six hits with three strikeouts.
