Salt Lake, Utah- No. 23 SLCC Women's Basketball (19-7) handled North Idaho (9-15) as they beat the Cardinals 69-39. The Bruins are now (8-3) in SWAC play. 

Salt Lake scored the first 15 points in the game and led 28-3 at the end of the first quarter. The Bruins outscored the Cardinals 24-10 in the second quarter and led 52-13 at halftime after Ahnica Russell-Brown's halfcourt buzzer beater. 

Lyla Kahrimanovic shined with a game-high 17 points and 12 rebounds for her fourth double-double of the season. Simran Williams added 16 points and Ines Babaya tallied 13 points on 6-8 shooting. Ahnica Russell-Brown was the fourth Bruin in double-figures with 10 points. SLCC shot 26-56 (46.4%) as a team.
