Box Score RANGELY, Colorado (Thursday, January 30, 2025)- No. 24 Salt Lake Women's Basketball (17-5, 6-2) got off to an early start en route to a 82-38 blowout victory over
Colorado Northwestern Community College (3-20, 0-8).
Salt Lake led 41-24 at the half. Freshman Nari Powers dropped 16 of her game-high 19 points in the first half for the Bruins.
SLCC outscored CNCC in every quarter including a lopsided 24-5 third quarter.
Jeanne Rodriguez grabbed 8 rebounds and went 4-4 from the field recording 12 points for Salt Lake. Tahys Da Silva added 10 points and Blanche Toualeu chipped in 5 points, 7 boards, 4 assists, and a block for the Bruins.
Salt Lake had 12 different players score and recorded 15 assists as a team.
Charity Posey scored 13 points to lead CNCC in the loss.
