TAYLORSVILLE, Utah (November 14, 2019) - The No. 13 Salt Lake Community College women's basketball team had a week off last week and used it to reinforce good habits that were learned from training camp.
This week, the Bruins return to the hardwood to build upon a 2-0 start in a tournament in New Mexico. SLCC is scheduled to play South Plains College on Friday and New Mexico Junior College on Saturday in a tournament hosted by New Mexico JC.Â
SLCC coach
Marcilina Grayer said her team is excited to get back to playing after a week off.
"We are excited to get back on the court this week due to having a bye weekend this past weekend," she said. "We have two huge games this week, facing No. 2 South Plains and No. 10 New Mexico; both of whom will be extremely good teams. This will definitely be a good test for us."
