Box Score TAYLORSVILLE, Utah- SLCC opened conference with a 92-43 win over Colorado Northwestern CC. The Bruins spread the offense around ending with five players in double-figures. Salt Lake as a team shot 51 percent from the field.
Off the bench
Bushmen Ebet led the Bruins with a team-high 14 points, three assists, and three steals.
Tyler Rawson contributed 13 points and seven rebounds.
Tad Dufelmeier shot 50 percent from the three, while racking up 12 points.
Tanner Newbold had 11 points shooting 57 percent from the field. Rounding out the top five was
Conner Toolson with 10 points.
In the early seconds of the game, the Spartans were able to tie the game and take the lead for one possession. The Bruin quickly laid that to rest extending their lead by as many as 16 points in the first half heading into the locker room up 39-25. In the second, SLCC had eight fast breaks and 30 points coming from their bench.
Salt Lake will face USU-Eastern Dec. 12 at 5:00 p.m. inside Bruin Arena.
