EPHRAIM, UT—The No. 8-ranked SLCC Volleyball team (13-5, 1-0 SWAC) opened Scenic West Athletic Conference (SWAC) play with a 3-1 win over in-state rival No. 12-ranked Snow College (12-5, 0-1 SWAC) on Friday by scores of 25-11, 25-16, 22-25 and 26-24. The loss ends a four match win streak for the Badgers.
SLCC Stats vs. Snow College: Sophomore outside hitter Bailee Kendall (Mt. Pleasant, UT) had 22 kills in the contest and sophomore middle hitter Janessa Koelliker (Kaysville, UT) hit .316 for the match.
Next up for Head Coach Sue Dulaney and the Bruins is a road trip to Twin Falls, ID for a match-up with No. 4 College of Southern Idaho (13-5) in SWAC play on Thursday, Oct. 3 at 7 p.m.
