Salt Lake City, UT—The
No. 20-ranked SLCC Women's Basketball team (10-6, 1-2 SWAC) fell to Scenic West Athletic Conference (SWAC) rival College of Southern Idaho (CSI) (9-9, 3-1 SWAC) 54-39 on Saturday at Bruin Arena. The Bruins managed just 17 first half points and couldn't overcome several scoring droughts to close the gap with the Eagles.

Natalie Parsons (Bountiful, UT) led the Bruins with 14 points and nine rebounds. Sophomore center
Rachel Morris (Mesquite, NV) found herself in foul trouble early for the second straight contest, scoring 10 points and grabbing five rebounds in the losing effort.
Next up for Head Coach
Betsy Specketer and the Bruins is a road matchup with USU-Eastern on Thursday, Jan. 10 at 5:30 p.m. in Price, UT. SLCC will play five straight road games and will not play at Bruin Arena until Jan. 31.
