Box Score TAYLORSVILLE, Utah (Thursday, February 22, 2024) – The No. 7 Bruins win streak hit eight games with a 135-68 win over Community Christian College.
With the win, Salt Lake (25-3, 10-2) remains positioned to host the Region 18 playoffs with two SWAC regular season games left to play.
For the second straight night, Mason Bendinger led the Bruins in scoring with 26 points as four Salt Lake players topped the 20-point plateau.
Xavier Edmonds added 22 points and 16 rebounds, while CJ Luster and Mikhail Abdul-Hamid scored 20.
Michael Folarin finished with a 17-point, 10-rebound double-double. Zaon Collins and Jordan Battled dished out seven assists to lead the squad.
SLCC made 17 threes as a team.
No. 7 Salt Lake heads to Henderson, Nevada, to take on the Southern Nevada Coyotes on Saturday, February 24. Tip-off is at 4 p.m. MT.
