Box Score 1 | Box Score 2 TAYLORSVILLE, Utah (February 4, 2022) – After an up-and-down opening weekend in Las Vegas, the Salt Lake Community College Baseball team continued its preseason games in the Arizona desert Friday.
 
SLCC opened a tournament in Mesa with games against No. 2 Central Arizona and Yavapai, going 0-2 in the games. The Bruins posted a 10-9 extra-innings loss in the opener against Central Arizona, followed by a 3-0 loss against Yavapai. Salt Lake is now 2-4 overall.
 
SLCC will continue play Saturday with a game against Gateway Community College.
