Box Score TAYLORSVILLE, Utah (March 6, 2021) - The Salt Lake Community College baseball team lost the series finale of a Scenic West Athletic Conference series Saturday.

The Bruins lost a 8-1 decision to Colorado Northwestern, struggling to get momentum early and falling. Salt Lake fell to 6-8 overall and 2-2 in Scenic West games.

CNCC jumped out to a 6-0 lead after three innings, setting an early tone. Travis Johnson had an RBI single in the bottom half of the third inning to get the Bruins on the board but it proved to be the only score they would have. Johnson was 1-of-4 with an RBI. 

Salt Lake will play a four-game series next weekend against Southern Idaho.
