Box Score TAYLORSVILLE, Utah (February 15, 2020) – The Salt Lake Community College baseball team continued its hot streak on Saturday in the Southern Nevada desert.
 
Facing off against Okanagan College for the second-consecutive day, the Bruins earned a 7-5 win to move to 3-0 in a tournament hosted by the College of Southern Nevada. The victory also boosted SLCC's overall record to 8-3.
 
SLCC took a 3-1 lead after the first inning, eventually falling behind 5-3 after the fourth inning. The Bruins scored three runs in the eighth inning to reclaim the lead, scoring on a three-run home run by a Dalton Hodge home run. 

Hodge finished the game going 2-of-4 at the plate. Jake Herman went 3-of-5, finishing with a double and a triple. 

Salt Lake will conclude the tournament on Sunday with a 10:00 a.m. game with Prairie Baseball Academy.
