TAYLORSVILLE, Utah (March 19, 2018) - The Salt Lake Community College Bruins baseball program will be back in action on Tuesday.

The Bruins will play USU Eastern in a Scenic West Athletic Conference game on Tuesday, starting at 5:00 p.m. at Cate Field. Salt Lake is sitting at 14-8 on the season, with a SWAC record of 4-4.

Salt Lake is in fourth place in the league standings, with Southern Idaho and Southern Nevada tied at 6-2. The Bruins will travel to Henderson to play the CSN Coyotes this upcoming weekend. The series will consist of two doubleheaders, with Friday's games starting on 1:00 p.m. in Henderson. 

SLCC is third in both hitting and pitching in the league. The Bruins are hitting .263 and their pitching staff has an ERA of 4.23.
