Brandon Morley continued his torrid scoring on Thursday accounting for 31 points to go along with 12 rebound to lead the Salt Lake Community College Bruins over 6th Ranked College of Southern Idaho 83-77 in Overtime. The Bruins lead 32 – 15 at half and overcame a strong second half from the Eagles to capture the win. With the victory, SLCC moves into a tie for first place with CSI in the Scenic West with one game remaining. THE Eagles had four players in double figures lead by Fredrick Edmond's 15 points. Sophomore DeSean Parsons added 20 points for the Bruins . CJ Spjute iced the game with two critical free throws in the final seconds.
The Bruins conclude their regular season by facing North Idaho College at 7:00 pm in the Lifetime Activities Center. The women's game against NIC will tip off at 5:00 pm.
