Salt Lake City, UT—The No. 14-ranked SLCC Men's Basketball team (22-3, 10-1 SWAC) won its third straight game by defeating Scenic West Athletic Conference (SWAC) opponent Snow College (17-8, 5-6 SWAC) 86-81 on Saturday at Bruin Arena. The SLCC Men overcame an 11-point halftime and Snow College's 60% shooting performance to pick up the home victory.

SLCC sophomore guard Skyler Halford (Orem, UT) led all scorers, turning in a 22 point performance with eight rebounds and four assists. Freshman guard Gary Payton II (Las Vegas, NV) scored 18 points to go with four rebounds and freshman forward Sai Tummala (Phoenix, AZ) added 13 points and five rebounds in the winning effort.

Next up for Head Coach Todd Phillips and the Bruins is a SWAC matchup with rival College of Southern Idaho (19-9, 6-7 SWAC) on Thursday, Feb. 14 at Bruin Arena. Tipoff is slated for 7:35 p.m.
