SLCC Men's Basketball plays first two of five straight road contests this week
Salt Lake City, UT—The SLCC Men's Basketball team (15-2, 3-0 SWAC) will play the first pair of five straight road contests this week. On Thursday, Jan. 10, the Bruins will face in-state rival USU-Eastern (11-6, 2-1 SWAC) at 7:30 p.m. in Price, UT. SLCC will square off with Colorado Northwestern Community College (7-11, 0-3 SWAC) on Saturday, Jan. 12 at 5:00 p.m. in Rangeley, CO.
The Bruins are currently on an 11-game win streak and are the only unbeaten team in the Scenic West Athletic Conference (SWAC). SLCC is averaging 87.6 points per game, led by sophomore guard
Skyler Halford (Orem, UT) with 19.7 points per contest. The Bruins are allowing just 60.4 points on average to the opposition.

No. 20-ranked SLCC Women's Basketball team (10-6, 1-2 SWAC) will begin a five-game road stint this week with a matchup against in-state rival USU-Eastern on Thursday, Jan. 10 at 5:30 p.m. in Price, UT. The Bruins will then take on Colorado Northwestern Community College on Saturday, Jan. 12 at 3:00 p.m. in Rangeley, CO.
SLCC split its games over the weekend and has won three of its last five games. The Bruins are averaging 60.8 points scored per game, led by sophomore center
