Ephraim, UT—The No. 15-ranked SLCC Men's Basketball team (18-2, 6-0 SWAC) defeated in-state rival Snow College (15-5, 3-3 SWAC) 67-66 on Saturday. The win marks the 14th straight victory for the Bruins, who remain the only team without a loss in Scenic West Athletic Conference play.

SLCC sophomore guard Skyler Halford (Orem, UT) led the Bruins with 16 points and grabbed seven rebounds in the winning effort. Freshman forward Sai Tummala (Phoenix, AZ) scored 12 points and had six rebounds and sophomore forward JuWan Buchanan (Seattle, WA) scored 14 points including the game-winning basket from 16 feet out with 4.1 seconds remaining.

Next up for Head Coach Todd Phillips and the Bruins is a road matchup with rival College of Southern Idaho (14-6, 2-4 SWAC) on Thursday, Jan. 24 at 7:30 p.m. in Twin Falls, ID.
