The SLCC Women's game with the Golden Eagles will get underway at 5:25 p.m. out in Price, UT. The Bruins enter tonight's matchup with an overall record of 10-6 and are currently 1-2 in Scenic West Athletic Conference (SWAC) play. Head Coach Betsy Specketer and the Bruins hope to get back to their winning ways after splitting a pair of conference matchups over the weekend. The Eagles are currently at the bottom of the SWAC standings with an overall mark of 4-11, 1-2 in the SWAC.

The SLCC Women are averaging 60.8 points scored per ballgame, led by sophomore center Rachel Morris (Mesquite, NV) with 12.9 points per contest. Second on the team is sophomore guard Katie Richens (Roosevelt, UT) with 9.7 points per outing, followed by standout freshman guard Natalie Parsons (Bountiful, UT) with an average of 8.8 points per game.

The Bruin Women's squad is allowing just 54.6 points per game on average to the opposition.

The Bruin Men's team heads into tonight's conference game against USU-Eastern with a record of 15-2, and sits alone atop the SWAC standings with a conference mark of 3-0. Tonight's men's basketball game gets underway at 7:25 p.m. in Price, UT. .

SLCC is the only unbeaten team in the SWAC. The Bruins are on an 11-game win streak that includes key victories over No. 2 Howard College and No. 13 North Idaho College. The USU-Eastern Eagles are currently 11-6 overall with a SWAC record of 2-1, good enough for third place at the moment.

The SLCC Men are scoring an average of 87.6 points per game, led by the outstanding play of sophomore guard Skyler Halford (Orem, UT) who is turning in 19.7 points per outing. Second on the team in scoring is freshman forward Sai Tummala (Phoenix, AZ) with 14.4 points per ballgame, followed by sophomore forward JuWan Buchanan with 13.8 points per contest.
