Salt Lake City- The Salt Lake Community College Men's basketball team used a last second tip in by Louis Garrett to take the 98-96 win over Snow College. The Bruins were in control of the game with leads as large as 15 points but the win came down to a last second shot by Garrett. The win moves SLCC to 20-5 overall and 7-3 in conference play.
Salt Lake used 23 points off turnovers and 44 points in the paint to defeat Snow College. Four Bruins finished in double digits led by Skyler Halford with a season high 24 points off 8 of 12 shooting. Agustin Ambrosino added 22 points;
Jayson Cheesman scored 15 and Gabe Kindred finished with 10.
The Bruins hit the road to take on North Idaho on Thursday, February 16 and travel next to Southern Idaho on Saturday, February 18
th in conference showdowns.
