MESA, Arizona (February 16, 2010) – The SLCC Baseball team runs their record to 5-1 with wins over Paradise Valley and Chandler Gilbert College.  The Bruins defeated Paradise Valley 7-5 with Jeremy Atkinson picking up the win and Mike Edstrom getting the save.  With the game tied in the seventh Tyson Littlewood knocked a two run home run to put the Bruins up for good.   Tyson Memmott struck out ten batters over eight innings in Salt Lake's 5-4 win over Chandler Gilbert.  Zack Swasey was 3-4 with a triple and one RBI. 

Salt Lake (5-1) faces Chandler Gilbert today in a double header in Mesa Arizona.
