Box Score 4 Ephraim, Utah (March 21-22, 2025)- No. 16 Bruin Softball (20-5, 7-5) won another conference series taking three of four games against Snow College.
The Bruins won game one 10-2 in five innings. Mataeya Trellert struck out six batters and improved to (5-1) on the season. Paige Shumway homered in the games first at-bat and finished with two RBI. Catcher Kylee Ruesch scored two runs and drove in two runs.
Salt Lake won game two 9-0. The Bruins scored in four of the five innings. Paige Shumway continued mashing and homered in her first at-bat for the second straight game. Savannah Lewis went 3-3 with an RBI and two runs scored. Ellie Pond went 2-3 with two RBI. Taylor Hagan struck out five batters and earned her sixth win of the season.
The Bruins took game three winning 5-2. Aubrie Hansen (3-1) pitched a complete game allowing two runs and striking out five batters. Ellie Pond and Taylor Lewis-Balzarini both hit solo home runs. Taitumn Reynen went 3-4 with an RBI and scored one run.
The Badgers avoided being swept and won game four 5-4. Snow scored four runs in the bottom of the first. The Bruins scored three runs in the top of the seventh off an RBI single from Savannah Lewis and two-run home run from Ellie Pond, but still came up short. Paige Fennel (4-1) recorded her first loss of the season.

Salt Lake will host conference newcomer North Idaho on March 28th and 29th. Game one starts at 1:00 p.m. on Friday.
