SALT LAKE CITY, Utah- Salt Lake's Men's and Women's Cross Country teams were recognized at the State Capitol by the Utah House of Representatives and Senate on Wednesday, February 5th. 

Together the Bruin men and women runners won three national championships and one national runner up trophy at the 2024 Nationals in Richmond, Virginia. 

After the men and the women won the NJCAA National Championship, the Bruin women won the NJCAA half-marathon race and the men placed second in the half-marathon.
