COEUR d'ALENE, Idaho- (Saturday, February 15, 2025) -Salt Lake Men's Basketball (17-10, 5-7) struggled to get stops and lost to North Idaho 100-83. 

The Bruins had five players in double figures. Mason Bendinger had a team-high 18 points. Sophomore Trey Brown had 16 points off the bench for Salt Lake. 

Ethan Copeland recorded 14 points. Sam Sivulich and Xavier Edmonds added 10 points each. 

Salt Lake went 14-36 on three-pointers. North Idaho was on fire from deep going 13-22 as a team. 

Vaughn Weems and Dace Pleasant both dropped 26 points to lead North Idaho. 

The Cardinals (16-11, 6-6) are now in third place. Salt Lake is now in fourth place in the SWAC standings.
