RANGELY, Colorado (Thursday, January 16, 2025)- No. 22 Salt Lake Men's Basketball (15-5, 3-2) pulled away with a big second-half beating Colorado Northwestern 66-61.
The Bruins started the second half on a 17-0 run to reclaim the lead from CNCC (14-6, 0-5).
Sophomore Ethan Copeland led the Bruins with 23 points. Copeland hit 3 three-pointers and went 8-8 from the free throw line.
Sophomore Xavier Edmonds added 17 points and 7 rebounds for Salt Lake. Freshman Sam Sivulich followed with 8 points and 4 steals.
Sophomore Coen Collier had a career-high 5 blocks to lead the Bruins defensively.
