The Bruins, hosting a doubleheader with Utah State University's club team, downed the Aggies by scores of 17-2Â and 24-0Â at Cate Field. The victories boosted Salt Lake to 12-12 overall.Â

Salt Lake will host USU in another doubleheader Thursday.

Salt Lake 24, Utah State 0: SLCC posted 19 hits in a dominating win in game two.
The Bruins posted 14 runs in the fourth inning, with Salt Lake already leading 10-0 entering the inning. Offensive highlights include the Bruins posting ten extra-base hits, with five triples.
Eli Norman hit a grand-slame home run in the fourth inning to lead Salt Lake.
Norman finished 2-of-4 at the plate, with a team-high 6 RBI's.
John Taylor was a perfect 3-of-3, also scoring four runs.Â
