TAYLORSVILLE, Utah (February 6, 2020) - The No. 5 Salt Lake Community College softball team traveled to Alabama looking for sunshine and warm weather; instead, the Bruins found cold and dreariness.

A rain storm has canceled Salt Lake's games against No. 1 Chipola and Northwest Florida State today, with the program playing in the opening round of the 'Dothan Invitational'. Salt Lake will play three games on Friday and a pair of games on Saturday.

The Bruins will open Scenic West Athletic Conference play on Friday, Feb. 28, on the road at Colorado Northwestern Community College.
