Box Score TAYLORSVILLE, Utah (November 15, 2019) - The No. 21 Salt Lake Community College men's basketball team earned a big victory Friday to overcome a tough loss Thursday.

Salt Lake earned a 90-51 win over Eastern Florida State College, hitting 16 three-point shots in the big win. The win pushes SLCC's overall record to 4-2.

The Bruins took a 42-24 lead at halftime, shooting 52.2 percent in the first half. Besides strong shooting in the game (52.8 percent), Salt Lake's physicality also showcased itself in free throws as the Bruins hit 18-of-21 foul shots. Defensively, Salt Lake limited Eastern Florida to just 29.8 percent shooting. 

Justice Hill had a team-high 19 points in the game for Salt Lake, with Asa McCord scoring 14 points on 4-of-4 shooting from the field. Ed Chang and Matt Gray both finished with 12 points.

Salt Lake will play Lamar Community College at 1:00 p.m. on Saturday.
