No. 7 SLCC Softball rolls to doubleheader sweep

Box Score 1 | Box Score 2 TAYLORSVILLE, Utah (March 30, 2018) - Don't look at the No. 7 Salt Lake Community College Bruins if you're looking for complacency.

After building a 12-game winning streak, it would have been easy to expect the Bruins would show some type of rust, especially as they traveled on the road to face previously-winless Colorado Northwestern Community College. However, of all the things that traveled for the Bruins - timely hitting, quality pitching, solid defense - complacency wasn't one of them as Salt Lake rolled to a doubleheader sweep of CNCC, 21-1 and ().

With the wins, Salt Lake has moved its record to 16-2 in Scenic West Athletic Conference play. The Bruins also stretched their winning streak to 14 games, with an overall record of 22-7.
