Salt Lake City- The #1 ranked SLCC Bruins Softball team made it 24 wins in a row with a double header sweep over Snow College wining 7-2 and 8-1. The Bruins are 47-6 overall and 38-4 in conference play.
The Bruins scored all seven runs in the 1
st inning of game one. With two outs in the inning Salt Lake rallied to push seven across the plate.
Brooke Budge finished the game 2 for 3 with two RBI and Maylee Davis was 1 for 3 with an RBI.
MaCauley Flint got the win striking out six.
Ariel Zimmerman went the distance in game two allowing one earned run.
Maddy Woodard connected on her 13
th home run of the season going 3 for 4 at the plate with a three run home run.
Trina Gomez was 2 for 2 and Lauren Miller was 2 for 3.
