Softball: Bruins Falters against Southern Idaho
Salt Lake City- The Salt Lake Community College softball faltered against Southern Idaho losing game one of the double header 5-3. The second game of the day is tied at 5-5 but was suspended due to light in the 10
th inning.
Ariel Zimmerman took the game one loss allowing four earned runs over seven innings of work with nine strikeouts. Meagan Nielson was 2 for 3 with a solo home run and Lauren Miller was 2 for 2.
The Bruin will complete game two of the series tomorrow at noon followed by the regularly scheduled double header.
