Kindred hits Game Winning Shot to propel SLCC over CEU

SALT LAKE CITY- SLCC's Gabe Kindred hit the game winning shot with 2 seconds left on the clock to send SLCC past Eastern Utah 79-76.  The Bruins forced 23 Eastern Utah turnovers and collected 24 offensive rebounds.  The win evens SLCC conference record at 2-2 and 15-4 overall.

As a team Salt Lake shared the ball all night long finishing with a season high 22 assists.  The SLCC front court accounted for 14 of the 22 assists as Kindred finished the game with 15 points and a team high eight assists.   Skylar Halford dished the ball out six times with 12 points and in the middle Jayson Chessman had five blocks and seven points.  Agustin Ambrosino had a team high 19 points with eight rebounds.

 Salt Lake (15-4, 2-2 SWAC) heads out on the road to face Snow College on January 21st in Ephraim, Utah.
