SALT LAKE CITY (February 20, 2010) - The Salt Lake Community College Softball team won their 24th game of the season by defeating College of Southern Nevada 9-2 and 10-2. The Bruins are 24-0 overall and 12-0 in conference play. 

 

Sarah Clark and Reiee O'brien combine to strike out seven batters allowing one earned run in game one. Jordyn McDonald was 2-4 at the plate with 4 RBI's. Salt Lake hit three home runs off of Nevada pitchers and collected 11 hits. 

 

In the final game of the four game series Jordyn McDonald struck out 10 batters and contributed at the plate with a three run home run along with Kylee Brinkerhoff's solo home run.  

 

Salt Lake (24-0, 12-0 SWAC) will return to the field on March 5th and 6th to face Snow College in Ephraim Utah.
