Ephraim, Utah- No. 19 SLCC Softball (28-10) won both games in Friday's doubleheader against Snow College (13-28).
LHP Brecka Larson (11-1) dominated Snow as she threw a complete game and struck out 11 batters in the Bruins 9-0 win in five innings. Larson allowed only two hits. SS Jazmine Prathan led the Bruins offensively as she went 3-3 with an RBI double and a two-run home run. CF Lahela Painter went 2-2 with two runs scored.
Salt Lake won game two 7-5. RHP Elliott Plewe (6-2) pitched five scoreless innings in relief to earn the win. The game was tied 5-5 after three innings. An RBI from Lahela Painter gave the Bruins a 6-5 lead in the fourth. Salt Lake added an insurance run in the sixth off another RBI from Painter. 3B Irma Medina was 2-4 with an RBI and a run scored. 1B Hannah Barlow went 2-2 with a solo home run and two runs scored.

SLCC Softball will finish up their four game series at Snow College. The day two doubleheader starts at noon MT on Saturday April 25th.
