Salt Lake City, UTAH- Freshman Kambri Kuhni was named the week one Defensive Player of the Week in the Scenic West Athletic Conference. Last week Salt Lake Volleyball went 3-1 at the Reiver Classic in Council Bluffs, Iowa. 

Kuhni recorded 21 total blocks in the week, 18 were assisted and three were solo blocks. Kuhni is a freshman middle from Orem, Utah.

Salt Lake Volleyball continues hosting the annual Crystal "Inn"vitiational. The Bruins play one match Friday, August 29th against Daytona State College at 4:30 pm.
