Salt Lake, UTAH- No. 17 SLCC Women's Basketball (8-3) got off to a quick start and defeated Central Wyoming College (4-7) 65-48.
The Bruins scored 21 points in both the first and second quarter. Tahys Da Silva led the Bruins with 16 points. Lyla Kahrimanovic and Oyinkansola Soetan each added 14 points. Lyla also recorded ten rebounds and three blocks.
Salt Lake had 30 points in the paint and 14 second chance points. The Bruins largest lead was 42-15 right before the half ended.
