Salt Lake WBB Overwhelm Central Wyoming

SALT LAKE CITY, Utah- No. 18 SLCC Women's Basketball (11-4) defeated Central Wyoming College (6-9) 81-47 in the Bruins last game before conference play begins. 

Salt Lake led by 26 at the half as the Bruins put up 50 points in the first half. Tahys Da Silva scored 18 points in the first half as she went 7-9 from the field. Da Silva finished with a game-high 20 points and has scored 20 or more points in three straight games. 

Salt Lake had five players record double-figures. Ines Babaya had 17 points and Lyla Karimanovic scored 12 points. Guards Simran Williams and Analeise Maharaj added 11 points each. Maharaj recorded a game-high six assists off the bench. 

As a team the Bruins had 18 steals, 15 offensive rebounds, and shot an impressive 34-68 on FG's. SLCC beat Central Wyoming 65-48 on December 5th.
