TAYLORSVILLE, Utah (January 19, 2022) – The No. 1 Salt Lake Community College Men's Basketball team rolled to another impressive road win Wednesday.

SLCC coach
Kyle Taylor noted the significance of adding another road victory in postgame comments.
"We found a way to win our eighth straight game on the road, which was significant," he said. "We haven't played at home since Dec 16th, so I was pleased with the outcome. We need to keep getting better; tonight showed us a lot of areas we still need to grow and improve."
The Bruins showcased all their weapons offensively, shooting 56.8 percent in the game and going 12-of-23 from three-point range. SLCC's defense also forced 21 turnovers.
Jordan Brinson had a monster performance in the victory, scoring 29 points on 12-of-16 shooting.
Doctor Bradley posted 18 points,
Quincy McGriff had 16 points and
Marion Humphrey finished with 12 points. Both
Chase Adams and
Max Watson scored 10 points apiece.
"
Jordan Brinson played fantastic," said Taylor. "He was really mature, poised and made a ton of plays and shots.
Quincy McGriff and
Max Watson both got hot from three-point range, which we really needed and that was good to see.
Doctor Bradley and
Marion Humphrey rebounded it great and drove it well to the rim."
Salt Lake will return home on Saturday, hosting USU Eastern inside the Lifetime Activities Center. The game is scheduled to start at 3:00 p.m.
