TAYLORSVILLE, Utah (May 14, 2021) – The No. 2 Salt Lake Community College women's soccer team closed the regular season on a strong run, pulling away in a Scenic West Athletic Conference road match.

Closing the year at Truckee Meadows, the Bruins earned a 7-0 win over TMCC. With the win, SLCC clinched the top spot in the Scenic West Athletic Conference, finishing the regular-season with a mark of 10-1 and 9-1 in Scenic West play.Â

Jaycie Greene scored the first goal for Salt Lake, with
Anna Pinegar adding a score just moments later. Pinegar scored another goal in the eighth minute to up SLCC's lead to 3-0, while
Rebecca Olsen added a goal in the 26
th minute to give the Bruins a 4-0. Olsen also added another goal.

Carli Jager preserving a shutout victory.Â
