TAYLORSVILLE, Utah (January 23, 2021) - Another day and another victory for the Salt Lake Community College women's basketball team, thanks to another strong offensive performance by the Bruins.

Salt Lake forced 23 Northwest turnovers in the game, scoring 24 points off those turnovers.

After holding a 31-24 halftime lead, the Bruins caught fire in the third quarter and outscored Northwest by a margin of 21-13, making 3-of-5 three-point shots. Additionally, SLCC's bench held a 31-15 scoring advantage over Northwest to power the team to a strong second-half.

Hennessy Lue-Brown finished with 18 points, while Aminata Diakite posted 12 points for Salt Lake in the win. Riley Frith was SLCC's other double-digit scorer, finishing with 10 points.
