Herriman, Utah- No. 6 Salt Lake (6-0-1) started fast in their 6-0 victory against Truckee Meadows (3-5).
Seanna Harris scored twice in the opening 9 minutes of the game. Oakley Zenger also added two first half goals as she found the back of the net in the 16th minute and 21st minute. Kennedy Prestwich gave Salt Lake a 5-0 lead with her goal in the 29th minute. Lizzie Cowdell scored the lone goal of the second half in the 53rd minute.
Cowdell led Salt Lake with two assists. Rilynn Bassett, Zenger, Nanami Nakagawa, and Natalie Shober all finished with an assist. Harris leads the team with 6 goals this year. Shober has a team-high 4 assists this year.
The Bruins had 18 shots on target and 9 corner kicks. The Lizards had 0 shots on goal and 1 corner kick.
