Herriman, Utah- No. 7 Salt Lake (2-0) defeated Northwest College 4-0. The Bruins got on the board in the 23rd minute with a goal from Ashley Price. Salt Lake continued the scoring in the second half as they scored back to back goals in the 59th and 60th minute. The first three goals resulted in a goal and an assist each for Price, Seanna Harris, and Nanami Nakagawa.
In the 72nd minute Alyssa Boydston scored the final goal of the game off an assist from Natalie Shober. GK Lexie Lund earned the clean sheet for Salt Lake. The Bruins dominated possession and 18 of their 33 shots were on target. Salt Lake had 10 corner kicks and the Trappers had one.
