Salt Lake, UTAH- No. 20 SLCC Women's Basketball (13-6) lost 64-46 to No. 11 College of Southern Idaho (17-1) 73-58.
Simran Williams was the Bruins leading scorer in the loss as she finished with 16 points before fouling out. Williams went 7-11 from the field and recorded five rebounds and six turnovers. SLCC had 21 turnovers as a team.
The Bruins went cold from beyond the arc and shot 4-17 from deep. Free throw shooting was drastically different as the Bruins shot only two free throws in the entire game. CSI went 14-21 from the charity stripe.
Ines Babaya and Tahys Da Silva added 9 points each. Da Silva had a game-high 7 assists.
Savannah Stoker dropped a game-high 20 points and recorded 7 steals for CSI in the win.
