TAYLORSVILLE, Utah - Three Salt Lake players made All-Conference teams this year. Xavier Edmonds earned first-team honors while Ethan Copeland and Mason Bendinger were named to the second-team.
Xavier Edmonds was listed as one of the best players in all of JUCO Basketball this year. Edmonds has already committed to TCU for the upcoming season. The sophomore averaged 18.6 PPG and 8.1 RPG for the Bruins. X had ten double-doubles on the year and a career-high 37 points against Snow College.
Ethan Copeland transferred to Salt Lake from USU-Eastern for his sophomore year. Copeland made 103 three-pointers and shot 41% from deep. Ethan averaged 16.9 PPG and had a career-high 33 points against Northeastern Junior College. Copeland committed to Iona University in February.
Mason Bendinger went an impressive 56% on field goals this year. The strong guard averaged 17.7 PPG and had a career-high 45 points against Western Nebraska Community College. Mason has received DI offers but has not committed yet.
