Riverton, WYOMING- Salt Lake Men's Basketball (5-6) defeated Central Wyoming College (3-8) 99-68 at the Central Wyoming Classic.
Salt Lake led by two points at halftime until the Bruins blitzed the Rustlers as they outscored them 54-25 in the second half.
Danny Young Jr. hit five three-pointers and posted a game-high 24 points. Salt Lake went 19-34 from deep as a team and five Bruins scored double figures. Reggie Larsen went a perfect 5-5 from the field and had 15 points. Makuei Riek added 14 points and Nick Clark and Daye Kaba recorded 11 and 10 points respectively.
As a team the Bruins had 24 assists and forced 21 turnovers. Salt Lake PG Nick Jefferson had a game-high 9 assists.
