Box Score TAYLORSVILLE, Utah (March 6, 2021) – The Salt Lake Community College women's basketball team earned a road win in Scenic West Athletic Conference play Saturday.
SLCC picked up a 58-37 victory at the College of Southern Nevada Saturday, closing a week of games in the SWAC with a perfect 2-0 record. SLCC is now 11-3 overall and 6-3 in Scenic West play.
Salt Lake took a 14-2 lead after the first quarter, holding Southern Nevada to just 1-of-16 shooting in the period. After holding a 27-16 lead at halftime, the Bruins earned a 48-26 lead heading into the final quarter.
Awa Sidibe scored 23 points on a 11-of-16 shooting performance, while Lailani Augmon had 18 points.
Riley Frith scored 6 points.
Salt Lake will host a pair of games next week, starting with in-state rival Snow College on Thursday.
