Box Score TAYLORSVILLE, Utah (March 18, 2021) – The No. 14 Salt Lake Community College men's basketball team opened a Scenic West Athletic Conference road trip with a strong victory.

The Bruins earned a 109-79 win over Colorado Northwestern Community College Thursday, outscoring CNCCÂ 55-40Â in the second half to roll to the win. SLCC is now 16-3 overall and 9-3 in Scenic West play with the victory.

Salt Lake had an outstanding offensive performance in the game, shooting 57.7 percent in the game and a sizzling 64 percent (16-of-25) from three-point range. Additionally, the Bruins outscored CNCC in the paint (50-20) and forced 21 Spartans turnovers.
SLCC finished with seven double-digit scorers in the game, with
Marvin Price leading the way with 19 points.
Quincy McGriff scored 16 points, while
Felix Lemetti and
Bendji Pierre both posted 13 points.
Max Watson had 11 points off the bench, while
Jackson Last and
Jay Allen-Tovar both scored 10 points.

Salt Lake will finish the road trip on Saturday, traveling to play at in-state rival Snow College.
