Ring the Bell for Round 2—Bruin Men's Basketball set for rematch with Central Arizona

The No. 5-ranked SLCC Men's Basketball team (29-4) advanced to the second round of the NJCAA Division I Men's Basketball Championships in Hutchinson, KS with an 86-82 win over Eastern Oklahoma State College (19-16) on Tuesday.

With the win, Salt Lake earned a rematch with sixth-seeded No. 10-ranked Central Arizona College (CAC) (29-4) in round two. The Bruins will do battle with CAC on Wednesday, Mar. 20 at 7 p.m. (MST). CAC defeated the Bruins 88-78 in the District I Championship Game on Mar. 9 in Coolidge, AZ. The Bruins were whistled for 19 fouls to just seven for the CAC Vaqueros.
