Ron Loghry comes to Salt Lake Community College after three years as the Director of Division I Client Success for Synergy Sports. Prior to joining Synergy, Loghry was the Deputy Commissioner at the Western Athletic Conference from 2019 to 2022. He was previously the Deputy Commissioner of the Big Sky Conference, where he spent 24 years overseeing daily operations and budget management. He was the Interim Commissioner of the Big Sky during a 6-month period in 2018.

Loghry is a 1990 graduate of the University of Wyoming, where he was also a student and graduate assistant in the athletic department.

Ron and his wife Michelle have two adult children, Connor (29) and Gentry (26).
